ICWAP in in action

ICWAP actively engaged in Asia Regional Consultation on addressing HIV-related Stigma &Discrimination in Healthcare setting from 25-26 May 2017 in Bangkok. Where more than 100 CSOs, government and UN agencies were participated from 12 countries.

On behalf of all community people, Coordinator of ICWAP served as a steering committee member of organising committee. She was able put forward critical issues and faced by women and girls including all KAPs in the region through welcome remarks.

ICWAP developed Strategic plan for next 3 years

ICWAP holds 2 days Strategic Planning meeting from 29-31 June 2017 in Bangkok. There were 16 women from 14 countries participated in the meeting. Prior to the meeting ICWAP created anonymous monkey survey and sent through official Facebook and email where members got the chance to review the work that ICWAP had been carried out since its establishment. Moreover, women living with HIV got the chance to have their input and feedback towards ICWAP action.

ICWAP organised five days TOT on feminist leadership

ICWAP in partnership with UNWOMEN organized five days Regional TOT on Feminist leadership from 7–11 November 2016. Participated countries were from Indonesiya,
Vietnam, China and Thailand.
